What size notebook does it fit?
It fits a standard A7 notebook (2.9" × 4.1") or similar sizes, as shown with a Moleskine XS (2.5" × 4.25") in the photos. The Rhodia A7 (3" × 4 ¾") also fits, but a pen might be a tight squeeze alongside it.
How many pens can I carry?
There's a pen holder for one pen.
Does it come with a notebook?
No, it doesn't come with a notebook.
